This 18-hour course is spread out over the week with a lot of time built in for integration, reflection, and high energy fun! Walk the beaches, surf, play games, read a book, take a tour, swim some laps, grab a yoga mat or a nap. Lodging and meals are provided and two full-day tour days are included. Reclaim the lost energy of your relationship! Communication, communication, communication… learn how to be productive and snap out of the "Ground Hog's Day" of scripted conflict! Easy to follow exercises, short video clips, with private time and space to practice with assistance as needed! 

AGENDA 

Each day: 6 am early morning stretching, beach walk and swim with juice or smoothie (optional) 

*Most flights land in the afternoon, we can arrange shuttles for you if you are not renting a car 

Monday – Welcome and introduction 3 hours 4 – 7 pm with dinner and a cooking lesson with our Chef! 

Tuesday – 3 hours of course work 9 am – 12 noon – 4 pm Sunset dinner in Flamingo or Brasilito 

Wednesday – 3 hour morning program 8 – 11:00 am, Sailing, snorkel and sunset tour 11:00 am – 7 pm 

Thursday – 3 hours of course work 9 am – 12 noon, lunch, after lunch break for 2 hours, 3 hours pm 3 – 6 pm 

Friday – tour day or "off day" to relax or surf or trip to a waterfall, Sunset dinner in Tamarindo 

Saturday – 10 am – 2 pm learning recap, lunch, after the retreat care, and closing, evening off to surf or relax Sunday – Breakfast send off – airport shuttles leave
