 We deep dive and rework some of our beliefs about ourselves and others - what some people call "shadow work." We will be working with ALL of our parts including the FUN, WILD, CHILL and LAZY ones! People are already signing up so please decide early. Twelve people are the maximum number we will host.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES 

• Gain tools and insights to work with reactive patterns as they show up in clients and in one’s own behavior. Identify lost parts, distinguishing between denied, disowned…etc...
• Identify self-defeating patterns and create new neural pathways, for clinical and personal application, through dialogues and exercises. 
• Link defenses to messages and developmental stages.
